theRUBY Postnatal provides comprehensive support and care for new mothers during the crucial postpartum period. We focus on nurturing care, serene rest, and absolute peace of mind. Our signature restoration services are available as a fully managed luxury retreat at the Omni Hotel or as a personalized, integrated care experience in the comfort of your own home.
Babies arrive on their own schedule! We operate on a "window" system rather than fixed dates. We shift your reservation based on your actual delivery and hospital discharge to ensure your care is ready when you are.
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your priority window. This deposit is fully applied to your final package balance and ensures your care team or sanctuary suite is held for your arrival.
Most of our clinical services (Night Care, Lactation, Pelvic Floor) qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. While we do not bill insurance directly, we provide itemized super-bills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
At this time, we do not offer internal financing. Full payment is secured during your personal consultation or upon final booking.

theRUBY Postnatal At Home brings our gold-standard postnatal care directly to your doorstep. We provide the same expert night care, lactation support, and maternal recovery wellness found in our retreat, tailored for the comfort of your own home.
At Home rates vary by session length and frequency of visits. Our entry-level one-week package starts at $1,500.00 (3 visits at 8 hours each). Signature packages for extended care, such as "The Full Ruby," provide comprehensive monthly support.
We offer flexible care sessions of 8, 9, 10, or 12 hours. This allows you to customize your support based on your recovery needs and sleep goals.
Every package includes: Overnight newborn care by a vetted, experienced nurse; Feeding support (breast & bottle); Diaper changes and soothing; Sleep routine guidance and newborn education; A curated Welcome Gift Basket for mom & baby; and personalized care coordination.
You can personalize your experience with: (1) Lactation Consultation ($275), (1) Pelvic Floor Therapy session ($450), or a Postpartum Massage ($225). Our "Wellness Trio" bundle includes all three for $850, a savings of $100.
We provide the clinical and wellness supplies needed for our specialists' visits. You will need to provide standard baby essentials (diapers, wipes, clothing, and feeding supplies) and a comfortable space for the specialist to work.
Yes! Our nutrient-dense, chef-prepared postpartum meals are a popular add-on. They are specifically designed for cellular repair and lactation support, delivered fresh to your home. Please ask for a custom quote.

Very little! We provide bassinets, diapers, wipes, Nanit cameras, and premium care products. We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, and any necessary medications.

As often as you want! You are in total control. Our nursing staff is here to support your needs, not schedule your time. Need a nap? Move baby into our restorative nursery. Want a full night’s rest? Our specialists are happy to care for baby while you recover.

No. We are a recovery retreat and wellness service, not a hospital. In the rare event of an emergency, we follow standard professional protocols, including immediate emergency contact (911).
