We cater to mothers who desire a supportive, restorative environment to recover and bond with their babies after childbirth. This includes both first-time moms and experienced mothers.
Not at all. Every mother deserves a chance to rest and recover. Second- and third-time moms often appreciate the extra support even more, as it allows them to focus solely on their newborn and recovery.
We welcome babies 0–10 weeks postpartum for our standard stays. If you’re beyond 10 weeks, we recommend theRUBY Postnatal Rest package, designed for any stage of motherhood.
As often as you want! You are in total control. Our nursing staff is here to support your needs, not schedule your time. Need a nap? Move baby into our restorative nursery. Want a full night’s rest? Our specialists are happy to care for baby while you recover.
Your baby’s safety is our utmost priority. Our specialists are highly trained in newborn care, and we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and security within our luxurious sanctuary.
Your package includes a private luxury room, gourmet meals, night nurse support, educational workshops, lactation consultation, professional nursery access, and comprehensive nurse care.
You’ll enjoy luxurious hotel rooms or suites, featuring premium amenities, comfortable furnishings, and a serene environment conducive to total rest and relaxation.
Our specialists are licensed mother-baby nurses who currently work in hospital postpartum units. They provide the same professional level of care in a more peaceful, luxurious setting.
We recommend 3–5 nights to fully benefit from our recovery services. However, we offer extended stays for those desiring a longer period of support. Our concierge can help you determine the perfect duration for your journey.
Very little! We provide bassinets, diapers, wipes, Nanit cameras, and premium care products. We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, and any necessary medications.

We are located inside the Omni Hotel at 4 Riverway Dr, Houston, TX 77056. We’ve blended the comfort of home with high-end hotel amenities.
Babies arrive on their own schedule! We reserve your estimated timeframe and stay flexible. If your delivery date shifts, we do our absolute best to adjust your reservation accordingly, pending availability.
No. We are a recovery retreat, not a hospital. In the rare event of an emergency, we follow standard hotel and professional protocols, including immediate emergency contact (911).

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your stay. This is fully applied to your total cost and is only non-refundable in the event of a total no-show.
Stays are typically not covered by standard insurance, but most qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We provide all necessary documentation to assist with your claims.
