Being a mother of three, I understand the challenges and joys of motherhood firsthand. My journey through motherhood has provided me with invaluable insights into the needs and concerns of new mothers.

I conceived the idea for a luxury postnatal care facility when I recognized a significant gap in the market for high-quality postnatal services in Houston. Inspired by my children and commitment to helping new mothers, I envisioned a place where mothers could receive comprehensive care in a beautiful and supportive environment.

My drive to provide a unique and much-needed service to the community has been the cornerstone of my business venture.

Lisa Heim is a dedicated co-owner and the driving operational force behind theRUBY Postnatal. A mother of four and a long-time advocate for family wellness, Lisa co-founded theRUBY Postntal to ensure mothers receive the restorative care and support she believes every family truly deserves after childbirth.

Lisa’s vision for theRUBY is rooted in a powerful belief: that recovery, nourishment, and bonding are not luxuries, but essentials.

Bringing a rare blend of operational savvy and personal passion, she draws on a professional background that includes experience in pharmaceutical sales, managing complex joint ventures, and co-owning a successful fitness business. In her role as CFO, Lisa ensures theRUBY Postnatal operates with the stability and excellence required to deliver this essential care.
